The purpose for implementing Barbell Club is to help our community become stronger and even more fit! During the class, each individual will develop the two Olympic lifts; the “Snatch” and the “Clean & Jerk”.
Whether you are new to the lifts, training for competition, developing your athletic ability for another sport, enjoy lifting heavy weights, or want to be a part of our great community, FitELITE's Barbell Club is for you.
I went into this not sure I could do it. I go several times a week, its always something new, I never feel like I uncomfortable, even when I am not sure how to do it, I have a coach who's willing to show me and encourage me every step of the way. I LOVE IT!!!!
