Chocolate Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Sometimes protein shakes get boring!  Try this smoothie recipe to spice up your routine.  The key to supplementation is to use quality products.  We carry SFH protein because their products are derived from a grass fed, GMO free protein source that is easily digestible.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop SFH Fuel
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop Barlean’s chocolate greens supplement (for digestive health)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth, garnish as desired and enjoy!
