What Are CrossFit Classes?

CrossFit classes are group training sessions with our coaching staff. The Workout of the Day (WOD) is posted every morning and each participant works to complete the WOD with the highest intensity his or her fitness and experience levels allow. The group dynamic forms the foundation of CrossFit, which is Community. With the support and encouragement of your coach and your peers you will be able to push yourself to levels you didn’t think you could!

How Does it Work?

Our programming combines functional movements like running, jumping, gymnastics and weight lifting to help you attain a new level of fitness. We offer WOD’s 6 day/week at convenient hours.

How Often Should You Train?

To obtain optimal results, we suggest training 2 or 3 days in a row, followed by a day of rest. This will ensure you receive proper programming and sufficient recovery to maximize your progression.

Get Started!

Before you are join the main CrossFit classes, you must complete the CrossFit Essentials Upon completion, you may join any classes we offer.
