CROSSFIT ESSENTIALS

Start With The Basics

For those new to CrossFit, we require 6 small group training sessions with one of our coaches. Each session is one hour long and will introduce you to the concepts and 9 essential movements of CrossFit. You will learn some of the movements with each session and then have the opportunity to do a workout. The purpose of this program is to prepare you for the CrossFit classes. The cost of the Essentials program is $150 for the 6 small group sessions.  You will then receive an unlimited membership for the remainder of the month.
