What are you waiting for?
This morning I had the pleasure of assisting Coach Pat Davy in the 5 am CrossFit (FE60) Class. As I watched awesome individuals one-by-one file through the FItELITE doors at 4:45 a.m. to challenge themselves again in another systematically designed CrossFit class I just reflected on how awesome it really is...truly mind-blowing. The atmosphere at 5 am in FitELITE was electric with energy...something we all need in our world to create change.
Each of these amazing humans is choosing...making a conscious decision...to “WIN THE DAY!” Each individual understands the benefits of making the choice to come in and physically, mentally, emotionally challenge themselves because through movement helps shape/create the best version of themselves. Not only is it creating positive change within themselves but all of those that surround them outside the walls of FitELITE….from their families, friendships...how they perform in their jobs, etc. If you do not believe...come on in and ask them ;0).
As I type these words I feel so many others within the area of our great city of Eau Claire are missing the amazing community of people within the walls of FitELITE which helps mold such positive change. If you are someone reading this and are looking of a great embracing community take a growth-mindset approach and come see us...trust me, you’ll never regret it.
